About Michael Swaringim

Mike Swaringim is a lifelong resident of the greater St. Louis area. Born in St. Louis and raised in O’Fallon, Missouri, he’s built a life centered around faith, family, and community. Mike is a graudate of Fort Zumwalt High School, Hannibal LaGrange University and University MO-St. Louis. He’s been married to Melissa for 37 years, is the proud father of three grown children, and is even more proud of his ten grandchildren.
Mike has always had a heart for service. Over the years, he’s volunteered his time on several nonprofit boards, including the O’Fallon YMCA, Planning and Zoning, and served an impressive 21 years on the Fort Zumwalt School District Board of Education. He’s currently the 2026 President for the St Charles Realtor Association and an active board member of the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce, where he enjoys staying connected and giving back to the community. He and Melissa also attends and serves weekly at 2Rivers Church in O'Fallon.
Professionally, Mike spent over 25 years owning and running manufacturing businesses before deciding to take on a new challenge that aligned with his love for helping people, becoming real estate broker and opening Envision Realty. Mike has incorporated his personal CORE values into the business, with what is known as the Envision Realty IDEAL's... I - Integrity, D - Dedication, E - Excellence, A - Altruism (Servant leadership) and L - Legacy building.  With a background in radio and a knack for clear communication, Mike approaches every opportunity, with sincerity, thoughtfulness, and a steady presence.
